弊社主催「外国人学生のための進学説明会」において、以下の感染症予防対策を行い、ご来場の全ての皆様の安心、安全に配慮した運営を実施してまいります。これまで同様、新型コロナウイルス感染症予防対策を実施するとともに、今後の感染状況等によっては実施施策を随時更新してまいります。
We will implement the following measures to prevent infectious diseases at the “Schools Guidance for International Students” hosted by our company, and we will operate with consideration for the safety and security of all visitors. As before, we will continue to implement the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and we will update the implementation measures as needed depending on the future infection status.
・In principle, the doors of the venue will be open to ensure ventilation, and air purifiers will be installed in the venues owned by our company.
・Before the event, the venue will be disinfected, including desks and chairs.
・In principle, participation in the project is by reservation only, and consideration will be given to ensuring social distance between visitors.
If the venue becomes congested, we may limit the number of visitors and/or distribute the number of visitors.
Please note that we may submit the participant information if requested by the public health center.
At the same time, all visitors, representatives of exhibiting organizations, and all administrative staff are required to do the following:
・Hand disinfection before entering
・Temperature measurement and health check before entry
(If you have a fever of 37.0 degrees or higher, or have a cough or sore throat, please refrain from entering.)
We will continue to request that all exhibitors wear masks, and all staff members will be required to wear masks at all times. In addition, the concept of wearing masks as a measure against new coronavirus infection has been reviewed and the wearing of masks has been left to individual judgment since March 13, 2023, but we expect a large number of visitors to our sponsored event "Schools Guidance for International Students", so we ask that all visitors continue to wear masks. We appreciate your cooperation.
