You can obtain a Japanese chef's license in as little as one year. We will train you to acquire the knowledge and skills of Japanese cuisine learned in Japan, enabling you to work in Japan.
[Cooking Practice Course]
●You will learn cooking over two years and develop the skills to succeed as a business owner or manager in the future.●
First, in the first year, you will learn basic cooking techniques (Japanese, Western, and Chinese) from the basics. Then, in the second year, he acquired high specialized skills as a cook. In addition to the skills required as a professional, in addition to personality and theory, we will also improve the skills and business sense necessary to become a manager and manager in the field of food.

"Japanese food" was registered as an intangible cultural heritage in December 2013. We will study this Japanese cuisine, which is uniquely developed in the country and climate of Japan and has a global reputation, and aims to acquire knowledge and skills to meet diversifying food needs. Aiming to acquire a wide range of know-how, we will study not only Western and Chinese countries but also ethnic and creative dishes widely and comprehensively.
Another characteristic is that we provide skill training through small-group, personalized instruction.
In the one-year culinary arts program, you can obtain a Japanese chef's license in as little as one year.
The two-year Culinary Arts program includes courses focusing on cooking fundamentals, nutrition, and hygiene management, as well as subjects such as "International Communication Related to Cooking." The second year also offers a diverse curriculum including business administration and computer practicals. Students acquire not only knowledge but also cooking skills through practical training.
