School characteristics

Based on 100 years of tradition, we work in small groups to carefully improve the skills of each individual.
Tsuji Gakuen, the first cooking school in Japan, celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2017. To date, we have sent out many graduates into the industry, and have built up a track record and trust from the cooking and confectionery industries. One of the attractions of our school is that each student can receive careful, one-on-one instruction from instructors who are specialists in their respective fields.

In addition, our school offers full Tuition support! We have a number of systems in place to support students' advancement, including a scholarship student system where tuition fees can be waived by up to 1 million yen over two years, and a system where students can pay Tuition in installments using scholarships from the Japan Student Services Organization.
