I love making cakes and other sweets, so I enrolled in Tsuji Gakuen. After graduating, I work at a specialty shop that sells gluten-free cakes and bread. Right now, the moment I see a cake I made and finished selling is what makes me happiest. The basic techniques I practiced every day at school are what support me today!
