【 School characteristics 】
● Starting in April 2027, we will begin accepting international students in the Department of Integrated Business and Information.
● Our university offers a unique "Shonan International Student Scholarship" which provides financial assistance by reducing entrance fees and Tuition fees (960,000 yen for one year, 1,920,000 yen for two years).
● International students will be enrolled in the Department of General Business and Information. The curriculum will focus on improving Japanese language proficiency in the first year, followed by internships and taking specialized courses in general business and information technology while engaging in job hunting.
● While enrolled at Shonan Junior College, you will receive meticulous support in both your daily life and studies. Staff from the "Global Support Office" will provide support regarding daily life and residency status, covering everything from health to everyday living. (Planned)
● Students from the Student Association's International Exchange Committee conduct programs that allow participants to experience the Japanese language and culture, thereby promoting cross-cultural exchange.

● There is a planned program called the "Shonan Full Support Global Program" in which faculty and staff will help international students overcome anxieties about daily life and academics, and support them as they prepare to thrive in Japanese society.
