● [A comprehensive university with a wide range of academic fields] It is one of the largest comprehensive universities in Japan, with 16 faculties and 86 departments covering almost all academic fields in humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences, as well as a correspondence education department, junior college department, and graduate school. The total number of students is about 80,000 (undergraduate, correspondence education, junior college, and graduate school combined), and the number of graduates is about 1.28 million, and they have built up a track record in all fields of society, including politics, business, government, law, education, media, arts, culture, and sports.
●For more than 35 years, graduates of Nihon University have always been number one in terms of the number of presidents who graduated from Japanese domestic companies, demonstrating strong leadership in society.
● In the Japanese Language Education Course of the Faculty of Humanities and Science and the Graduate School of Letters, not only those who aim to become full-fledged Japanese teachers as professionals, but also those who pursue their own specialties regardless of the humanities, social sciences, or science departments. You can acquire knowledge and skills as a Japanese teacher while deepening. After completing the course, we will issue a certificate of completion, which is a prerequisite for working as a Japanese teacher.
