With the desire to study Japanese films and literature, she studied at a Japanese language school for a year and entered Tokyo Woman's Christian University, even though she had no knowledge of the Japanese language or experience studying abroad. After entering the university, she actively participated in many events in clubs and dormitories, and talked to teachers after class. While deepening her knowledge of literature at university, she also tried internships at publishing companies and film festivals. After graduation, she plans to join a television station.
