I studied nutrition and product development knowledge at university, and received a job offer in Japan. At the place of employment, I would like to use what I learned at university to use Japanese ingredients to develop ``healthy authentic Chinese cuisine that combines Japanese and Chinese cuisine''. We want to provide products that can be “healthy”. Also, I learned in a university lecture that the amount of vegetable intake is decreasing in Japan. I would like to use my knowledge as a nutritionist to improve the way I cut and cook vegetables so that even people who don't like vegetables can eat them deliciously.
