Kwansei Gakuin University is a comprehensive university consisting of 14 faculties and 14 graduate schools. Based on Christian education, we aim to cultivate global citizens who embody the school motto "Mastery for Service."
We are actively promoting internationalization by encouraging students to study abroad and accepting international students.
●We offer a comprehensive environment in which you can learn broadly, with a multiple degree system that allows you to graduate from two faculties in four years, and a multidisciplinary major system (MS) that systematizes the study of courses from other faculties.
●By introducing the "AI Utilization Human Resources Development Program," jointly developed with IBM Japan, we are cultivating human resources who can identify social issues and use AI to solve them.
We provide thorough career education and support from the early years, and boast a 99.7% employment rate. (FY2024 results)

【International Student Support System, etc】
●Our university's own scholarship for international students is provided to all first-year students, at 25% of the standard scholarship amount (those with excellent entrance exam results will receive 100% of the same amount). Second-year students and above will receive 25-100% of the standard scholarship amount depending on their grades from the previous year.
● For all new students, Japanese senior students have implemented a buddy system to support their university life.
●We have a comprehensive support system in place, from housing assistance upon enrolment to job hunting assistance for international students.

The Faculty of International Studies, where I belong, allows me to study a wide range of fields, including global literature and business, and provides an environment that cultivates an international perspective. Not only do I broaden my own worldview through classes, but I can also enjoy interacting with friends from various cultural backgrounds every day. All the knowledge and connections I gain at university will be useful for my future.
