● The beginning of our university was in 1908 when the founder Kotaka Otsuma opened a private school for women. We have an environment that "cultivates women who can continue to learn and work."
●It is the largest comprehensive women's university in the Kanto region with over 7,000 students.
●The International Center offers a program called "Japanese Language and Japanese Affairs" for international students to learn Japanese language and culture. In addition, exchange events with current students are held regularly on each campus. There is also a peer support system where current students provide one-on-one support for academics and daily life.

I was attracted by the lively atmosphere and diverse learning at Otsuma Women's University that I felt at the open campus, and decided to study abroad. I am currently studying interior design. I sometimes faced difficulties in writing reports and understanding classes, but thanks to the senior students I met through the peer support at the International Center and the careful guidance of my teachers, I was able to tackle the challenges with confidence.
