In April 2019, the Faculty of Data Science was opened, followed by the Faculty of Entrepreneurship in April 2021, the Graduate School of Data Science, the Faculty of Engineering Department of Sustainability in April 2023, and the Faculty of Well-Being in April 2024. The Global Business Department is a department where international students from various countries learn management and business knowledge with Japanese students using English as a common language. Classes are developed by faculty members who have a wealth of practical experience in companies. Another feature is learning Japanese and Chinese. By learning management, accounting finance, trade, etc. in English while improving other language proficiency and cross-cultural understanding ability that are the basis of global business, adaptability, problem finding / solving ability, and practical ability necessary for global business Acquire language skills and practical skills. Japanese proficiency at the time of admission does not matter. I will study Japanese firmly after enrollment.

Before coming to Japan, I worked for a German company. I wanted to gain international knowledge and further develop my skills.
I was looking for a university with an English program in the United States, and I was attracted to the study program and campus location of this university.
The department conducts a wide range of business-related research on an international scale.
